Bards & Scribes is a literary agency owned by Darlene A. Cypser.
Darlene is an attorney licensed in New York and Colorado.
She has been assisting writers in various capacities since 1988. While she
is well-known to writers for the Writer's Pocket Tax Guide,
she has also drafted and negotiated many different types of contracts over the years,
including publishing and movie licensing contracts. She is also well-versed in copyright law
